Residents can pay rent, reserve on-site amenities, submit maintenance requests, and keep track of community updates, among other features.

The following features are notable aspects of the Hali App:

• Pay by Voice - Easily initiate rent payments through voice commands by searching 'Pay My Rent' from Spotlight Search, which directs you to the payment section within the app.
• One-Tap Pay - Allows for swift rent payment with a single tap, as the app remembers your preferred payment method and outstanding balance.
• RentNotify - Sends timely push notifications to remind users of upcoming rent payments.
• Contact Property - Facilitates direct communication with the Hali team, automatically routing your inquiry to the after-hours assistance line when needed.
• Submit Maintenance Requests - Users can easily report maintenance issues through the app.
• Take a Picture of the Problem - Leverage your smartphone’s camera to document maintenance concerns directly within the app interface.
• Reserve Amenities - Check availability and book community amenities effortlessly.
• Touch ID Login - Offers a secure login option by scanning your fingerprint after initial setup.
• Face ID Login - Provides authentication via facial recognition for iPhone X and newer models.
• 3D Touch Support - Enables quick actions such as paying rent or submitting requests by pressing and holding the app icon.

Please note that the Hali App is exclusively available for residents of properties utilizing Entrata's ResidentPortal and ResidentPay services.
